Proactive Peace
The Ethics, Technology, and Practice of Proactive Peace on Earth.
Give Forgive The hardest thing for someone to give a way is their identity. After that, letting go of blame is easy. This is the way of peace.
The only constant is change.
Change has many speeds.
It takes less than a second to change ones mind. Peace is a state of mind. Peace on earth can happen that fast!
It took between a few minutes and a few days for the mass media to turn fiction to nonfiction when man walked on the moon. Punishment becoming fiction and Peace becoming nonfiction can happen that fast!
It takes three weeks to form a habit. Peace is a habit. Peace on Earth can happen that fast!
Make the choice to end war and violence now.

The Mission of the Proactively Peaceful Peoples:
The Proactively Peaceful Peoples are dedicated to providing a social body of humanity, with all the living complexity of a human body, made of people, organized by the genetic chain of thoughts and ideas contained within the minds of all people.
The Proactively Peaceful Peoples are dedicated to providing a social system where all people are equal due to their total and absolute unique physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional qualities, capabilities, potential, understanding, and social worth.
The Proactively Peaceful Peoples are dedicated to providing understanding of the equality of right and responsibility of all people to cooperate with all other people and the earth, a decision followed by actions.
The Proactively Peaceful Peoples is dedicated to providing a social system in which power is held over the system by all people equally, a social system which is used only for people to communicate with each other about how to improve the health and quality of our peaceful world, always focused on eliminating the need for people to use violence, such as inequality, poverty, hate, war or self-defense, etc.
Ethical Foundations of Proactive Peace
Peace is Complex. Complexity is a state of energy found on a thin line between order and chaos, a perfect mix or the transition zone. Energy can be found in many forms, having an ability to be ordered, chaotic, or complex. Matter is a state of energy. Matter can be found in ordered states, such as rock, chaotic states, such as air, and complex states, such as living creatures. Humans are complex. They are made up of matter and full of different kinds of energy organized in a complex way. Energy is also found flowing between people in the form of communication. We are able to organize this energy to create social relationships which are either, dependent, independent, or interdependent (ordered, chaotic, or complex).
Peace is a complex organization of people. This complex state of being is a way of life, a living human organization. This state of human organization is like that of our own body, one in which each unit has an interdependent relationship with all other units within the body, working together to create a larger organism. Peace is this organism and human beings are the cells. Our organizations and cultures are organs and tissues or this body of humanity.
Peace is proactively produced.
Proactive peace production is an action which is done with the purpose of being part of a peaceful world. Proactively peaceful actions are synergistic and in harmony with all other human-beings and the rest of the universe, resulting in a world which has a high quality of life for all people. Through study, experience, and reflection a person is able to proactively create a neurology, a neural pattern within ones own brain, which creates the expression of peaceful mental and physical actions. We, as humans, have the ability to choose our relationships. We analyze and decide how to organize ourselves throughout the world and the results of our decisions are seen in the quality of life on earth. Our actions are direct results of our decisions. Our decisions are direct results of our neurology, which is the result of our experience and education. Choosing to have a peaceful world is made possible by proactively placing the choice to act and organize peacefully into our neural network. Through communication, the neural network of one person is connected to the neural network of another. This creates a neural network across the entire globe, each brain communicating with other brains. Conversations, emails, and telephone calls are like synapses between the nerve cells of the body of humanity. Books, television, and radio are like glands, putting out mass chemical message to the cells of the body, causing the entire body to react, like the production of adrenaline or dopamine. We make the choice together. We can act dependently, independently, or interdependently. Proactive peace production is choosing a world where all people and their organizations act interdependently, forming together, one body, one organism, one living humanity.
Blame, Judgment, and Violence
Judgment uses blame as justification for violence. Judgment, blame, and violence are tools used in independent and dependent relationships to create compliance. Judgment to decide which actor is right and which is wrong, using blame together with violence to create a type of social order. Independence creates social chaos through an all-for-oneself social mentality and dependence creates social order through strict law. Neither violence, nor its reciprocal, blame, have the ability to create a peaceful world. Neither independent actors forced to compete nor the punishable laws created and enforced by a ruling class can create a healthy complex living social organism. Interdependent relationships create social complexity. Living systems are complex, fluid, evolving organization; organized enough to be alive, and chaotic enough to stay alive. In a complex relationship, all parts act together in an organized yet fluid way to create one whole social being.
Proactive peace gives equal right and responsibility over the tools of judgment, blame, and violence to all people. All people have equal right and responsibility. It is my right and responsibility to make sure that both I and all other people have equal right and responsibility over all things. It is all other people’s right and responsibility to make sure that they and I have equal right and responsibility to all things. In an independent, chaotic world, no one owns what that they cannot defend. In a dependent world, the ruling classes have right and responsibility over everything, giving the dependent class controlled access to it. In an interdependent world, all people own all things together, all land, all technology, all debt, all poverty, all social rights, and all social wrongs.
If I were another person, I had the same experiences as that person, the same genetics, body, style, family, friends, and the same everything else as that person, I would make the same choices as that person. I would be that person.
If that person were me, they had my experiences, my genetics, my body, my style, family, fiends, and the same everything else as me, they would make the exact same choices that I make. They would be me.
If I was put into another persons life, I would make every single decision differently and for different reasons than they do, because I would be me, in their life.
If another person was in my life, they would make completely different decision for completely different reasons than I do, because they would be them, in my life.
Are you wrong for being you? Are they wrong for being them? Am I wrong for being me?
Who is truly right and truly wrong? Who is able to judge these things?
Punishment is violence.
Without blame, there is no need for punishment.
Punishment is the act of one person proactively causing fear and pain within the body, mind, and spirit of another person. Giving suffering.
Proactively peaceful action by one person to another person results in the alleviation of suffering, achieved by giving love, compassion, and understanding.
Even if a person is not able to think of another way to deal with rape, murder, genocide, theft, and other violence, than by punishing another human-being, this lack of ability to think does not make punishment useful or acceptable.
Do to others as you would have them do to you. Two wrongs do not make one right.
When one is treated with suspicion and force, one reacts with suspicion and force. When one is treated with love, understanding, compassion, respect, and kindness, one reacts with love, understanding, compassion, respect, and kindness.
The key to dealing with rape, murder, genocide, theft, and other violence is by creating an interdependent social system. All of these things take place within a social system with a mix of independence and dependence that does not create complexity. The current system is not the system we are looking for, so we must obviously reevaluate and redesign a new system in which all people have the right and responsibility over all things, including judgment, blame, and violence.
The life of Complexity Complexity can be view like an onion. Layer upon layer is created from the synergy and interdependence of the pieces. The innermost layer is that of pure energy, followed by atoms, molecules, cells, organisms, ecosystems or societies, and even higher to levels of social consciousness. In each layer of life, there are all forms of life. Viruses exist in our bodies and make us sick. Viruses also exist within the living body of ideas created by our brain. A nonphysical organism is created by our physical neural connections. In fact, the ideas within our mind create an entire ecosystem. Within this ecosystem, there are many forms of life, and with knowledge of this ecosystem, we are able to take part in the evolution of the organisms within is ecosystem. The organisms in the ecosystem can be thought of like the ones we all know about, viruses, prokaryotes, and eukaryotes. We are able to create a eukaryotic organism inside of our mental ecosystem which is like a human, with a body and mind, which can create within its mind another ecosystem with another set of organisms. This can be envisioned by standing between two mirrors, looking back at ones self into infinity. When brains connect to other brains, there is a large brain formed which covers the entire planet. The social brain has a social consciousness, and a social ecosystem. It works the same way. This brain can have the same organisms within it, including viruses. When we grow an organism of ideas with our brain, this organism can become infected by viruses which make it sick. The decision and choice to use violence is one of these viruses. It is somewhat like a computer virus. These viruses also live in and around the body of humanity and with the higher levels of social consciousness created with the social brain. The understanding of and ability to envision these viruses, bacteria, and fungi, these parasites, is key to growing a healthy complex organism within ones mind and within society. To keep ones own body healthy, it is important not to infect oneself with parasites, and the same is true on all other levels of complexity. Parasites make bodies sick on all levels of complexity.
From Punishment Technology to Proactive Peace Technology
A Paradigm Shift
A world based upon the assumption that people must be governed, that people are unable to work together cooperatively without the threat of violent punishment by a higher social class, and that punishment will make people act better and society function better, is a world which develops all of its technology toward the control of people through punishment.
Giving all of ones right and responsibility over the judgment, blame, and violence to the armed police, prisons, courts, military, politics, national borders, war, and any other method of control, as well as the anti-technologies such as terrorism, organized crime, and developing weapons of mass destruction, is punishment technology and its reciprocal.
Blame and revenge.
Violence.
It is self-serving. It is a cycle that must reinforce itself to keep its power.
People learn to use violence when violence is used upon them.
A Proactively Peaceful Paradigm
Proactive Peace involves the sharing of judgment, blame, and violence by all people equally.
A world based upon the assumption that people are good, want to be the best they can be for peace on earth, by nature, and with nurture, love, compassion, and understanding, all people have the natural instinct and capacity to live a life of peace, is a world which uses its technology to aid in the evolution of humanity towards peace.
Being wronged by someone, forgiving them, and showing love, compassion, and understanding to that person, who is now without blame, then taking the right and responsibility to rethink, research, and reorganize ones own life, and attempt new actions for new results, is proactive peace technology and its reciprocal.
It is self-serving. It is a cycle that must reinforce itself to keep its power.
People learn to use love, compassion, and understanding when they are loved, treated with compassion, and feel understood by others.
Having peace is a choice to place power in peace. Having punishment is a choice to place power in punishment.
Placing power in peace leads to a world full of peace. Placing power in punishment leads to a world full of punishment.
Punishment is not part of the peace cycle. Peace is not part of the punishment cycle.
There is no way to peace. Peace is the way.
Everything Is Built Twice
A Swift Transition From Peace On Paper to Proactive Peace Production
What you can conceive and believe, you can achieve.
Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right.
Both a punishment system and a proactively peaceful system naturally contain both kinds of energy, peaceful energy and punishment energy, positive and negative, black and white, night and day, yin and yang.
Adding peaceful energy into a punishment system results in a net increase in the energy in the punishment system. This keeps the system healthy. An example of this is the idea of pledging ones life to liberty, justice, and nationalism for all, when that nationalism, the state which is supposed to provide a peaceful life for people, uses violence as its tool to create peace. The cycle is simply reinforced. The punished will seek revenge upon the punisher, completing the cycle, priming it again for the punisher to do more punishing.
Adding punishment energy into a proactively peaceful system results in a net increase in energy in the proactively peaceful system. This keeps the system healthy. This is peace through love, compassion, understanding, and forgiveness. Areas of punishment are met with a swelling influx of people ready to alleviate the suffering of people. People without suffering have no need to use violence. People who are not suffering do not need to be represented by violence for protection from suffering. People who do not suffer do not need or wish to inflict suffering upon others, and therefore are not met with revenge. People who have violence as a tool to alleviate suffering do not need to use this tool if others have already gone to alleviate the suffering of people through proactively peaceful action. All suffering which is created by violence can be alleviated through love, compassion, understanding and forgiveness, and therefore also is the need to use more punishment alleviated.
Peace is the goal of both the punishment system and the proactively peaceful system. Both systems are available to us. We must only make the choice to use, in society, what we use in our own families to communicate and deal with anger, fear, guilt, shame, hunger, pain, and all other forms of suffering.
When the punishment system uses violence, the proactively peaceful system reacts with love, compassion, and understanding. Met with the ingredients of peace, the goal of the punishment system is achieved, and no further violence is needed.
The proactively peaceful system will always bring peace, even when met with punishment.
Like the human body, peace is a complex organism. Like a human, the peace organism also has a body for work and a mind for thoughts. It requires energy for growth. It requires study and experience to learn and evolve. It requires that all of its cells are working through synergy and interdependence.
The Proactively Peaceful Peoples
To live for peace is natural to a human. It comes in stages with the development from a dependent being, to and independent being, and finally to an interdependent person. To become interdependent with other people takes a conscious choice which follows deep and diverse study and experience into many forms of understandings of the universe. First, a person must think of their own needs, for only they know what they need. Next one must think of the need of those close to them, those who they most directly affect. Then one must realize that the needs of all other people are the same as ones own. One must treat all other people the same as they treat themselves and those they love. It is very difficult for a person who does not treat their own body right to treat other people right. The first place to begin acting peacefully is in ones own body and mind. We must decide that interdependence is the design of peace. A complex social system is the design that nature has been showing us all along.
We can decide to be part of something greater than what exists now. We can organize ourselves into a living body of humanity. An understanding of a government, education, and social organization must be expanded to a higher level of complexity within our collective mind. We must decide to proactively produce a peaceful system for a peaceful system to be a valid and understandable choice in the minds of all people.
The discoveries of one are available to all.
DNA is the government, education, and social system of the cells of the human body, a peacefully organized system.
Peace is the government, education, and social system of the peoples of a peacefully organized body of humanity.
The Proactively Peaceful Peoples is a peacefully organized body for humanity with a peacefully organized mind, which work from a peacefully organized set of values, a mental DNA.
Synergy between all people and their harmony with mother earth provides the peaceful body of humanity with energy for growth, learning, and evolution.
This body of humanity is the valid and understandable choice of peace for which all people are already naturally looking.
Peace is the way.
Proactive Peace Productions
Creating the Proactively Peaceful Peoples is the work of Proactive Peace Productions. To be a peaceful person takes much study and experience. A brain must naturally take its place inside the body of humanity. To do this it must be given the opportunity to live for peace without fear of punishment.
A peaceful government, education, and social system works upon a higher level of complexity than a punishment system. To blame is two-dimensional. To show love, compassion, and understanding takes many dimensional thought.
This is given to the brain through deep and diverse study and experience.
Producing a Proactively Peaceful System
The Purpose of a Proactively Peaceful Person is: To be the best oneself one can be for peace on earth.
Peace is the way.
Peace is a right and a responsibility.
All rights come with responsibility. All responsibility comes with rights.
To have a right, one must fulfill ones responsibility. To fulfill ones responsibility, one must fully understand and practice ones rights.
The power of a proactively peaceful system is held individually and equally by all people. It is a web.
A Proactively Peaceful Person is one who fulfills their responsibilities to mother earth for her gift of life by fully understanding and practicing their rights of life.
Proactively Peaceful People live within a Proactively Peaceful System created by them, within their own minds.
A proactively peaceful system understands that people learn love, compassion, and understanding through being loved, treated with compassion, and feeling understood by other people. When someone treats others with violence and disrespect, this demonstrates that they have been taught, by their experiences, to act this way. The only way for them to learn to love, have compassion and understanding for, and treat other with respect, is to experience other people treating them with love, compassion, understanding and respect.
A proactively peaceful system chooses to deal with genocide, war, murder, rape, violence, hate, and all other non-synergystic human actions with love, compassion, and understanding. A peaceful system recognizes that, though revenge and punishment are historically viable responses to violence, they are cyclic and have always resulted in more revenge and punishment, more rape and more genocide, more hate and more violence.
Proactive peace is an interdependent cycle which gives the right and responsibility to use, and therefore not to use, punishment, revenge, or violence. The proactively peaceful body of humanity, like the human body, is built to engulf violence with love, swell with help and understanding, and heal with compassion.
It is acknowledged, in a proactively peaceful system, that failure is the reality of life. Success is an illusion of many failures in a row. The feeling of failure is a natural form of punishment, related to ones conscience, and given to us by life. Punishment is neither the right nor responsibility of one human to another human. It is only the right and responsibility of one human to show another love, compassion, and understanding, to alleviate suffering, to stop violence.
A proactively peaceful system acknowledges that humans ultimately own all systems. All rights of all systems created by humans are secondary to the rights of humans. Governments, banks, countries, police, military, and prisons are all systems that are created by humans to alleviate the suffering of people, and therefore, if these organizations violate the rights of humans, causing suffering, these organizations have no value in a peaceful world body of humanity. To transition into a complex world, to organize our body of humanity into a living system, is to focus on the alleviation of suffering of all people.
None of these systems have the rights nor responsibility to hurt humans. None of these systems have the right to force conformity through violence, slavery, or any other way. Today, weapons exist, prisons exist, borders exist, militaries exist. The right and responsibility over these technologies must be taken into the hearts, minds, bodies, and lives of all people.
A proactively peaceful system acknowledges that all things are owned equally by all people on the earth. All people are born and die, bringing nothing and taking nothing. The way of peace is equality of right and responsibility between all humans on the planet. The right to all things is given when the responsibility toward all things is taken and fulfilled. The responsibility toward all things can be fulfilled when all rights have been learned and practiced. Rights and responsibility are a cycle.
Proactively Peaceful People have the right and responsibility to be the best themselves they can be each moment for peace on earth.
A proactively peaceful system acknowledges that migration is a natural process of the people of the planet and recognizes that because all people own all things equally all have a right to travel to all places on the earth and use all things to do so.
Though, for the right to use, one needs to fulfill their responsibility of use.
A proactively peaceful system recognizes that to see a clear picture of the world, one must look at it from many distances and angles. One must take in everything, all at the same time. To specialize is to commit to partial blindness.
Practical Steps to a Body of Humanity In order for our humanity to become an interdependent, complex, whole living body, we must organize ourselves that way. Like a cell in the body, each person must contain all of the information within it needed to understand how the entire system works and what part it must play within that system. Each person has the right to responsibility. With each right comes responsibility, with each responsibility comes right.
Human Rights and Responsibility Humans have the right to responsibility and the responsibility to rights. Human rights and responsibility transcend any current social system.
In order to move toward a peaceful world organism, human rights and responsibility must be understood at a level higher than the social system. The current list of human rights, written by the United Nations, is written within the context of the nation-state system of government. For example, it is stated that people have the right to a nationality. However, people also have the right not to have a nationality. A nationality is a division, a way to group people together. People have the right and responsibility to not be grouped. People have the right to be equal based upon their unique individuality, based upon being a human. Nationalism has turned out to be a way to create inequality. Humanism is our right and humanism is our responsibility. Forcing a person to have nationality in order to be eligible for their other human rights is against the idea and logic of human rights and responsibility. This logic is the reason that the declaration of human rights has failed to bring equality and peace to the world. Because people are forced to have a nationalism, they are only able to realize their equality within that nationalism. They are stuck with it. To change ones nationalism is a difficult process, dependent upon the judgment and decisions of other people, people in embassies, and consulates, people who have no right nor responsibility to make such judgments, no right to group people, and give and take rights based upon these arbitrary groupings. People have the right to vote, but also, people have the right not to vote and still be represented. People have the right to be represented, but also, people have the right to be able to represent themselves. The declaration does not guarantee people rights outside of the nation state system. The rights to equality before the law are actually rights to equality without the law, or with a different law. The law is created by people and changed by people. It is not a real thing, just as the nation-state is not a real thing. It is all just a big imaginary set of rules and divisions created by past generations. People have the right not to have these past, old, unequal imaginations of past generations forced upon them. People not only have the right not to have nationality, not to have the current democracy, but also have the responsibility to realize this. People have the responsibility to teach, to show the children of the world that our laws, nations, our ideas are flawed. We have human rights with transcend these issues, and it is our responsibility to see this, to open our minds to see past and through these illusions.
The nation state is not creating equality. It is not creating world peace. It is not working. Therefore, it is our right and responsibility to change it. Not to just vote, not to just except it, but to make it better. It is sure that it must change, and therefore it is our right and responsibility not to wait another day, not to force it upon another generation. It is our right and responsibility to look at it from the level of humanity, for the rights and responsibility of people come far before the rights and responsibilities of nations and the laws with hold them together.
Equality of women is first and foremost. Women do not need to become equal within the nation-state. The nation-state is a male organization, created by men, run by men. Women need to create their own social organism, a feminine organization which complements the masculinity of the warring nation-state. Women must start over.
Women must create and become pieces of another social organism. Women can and will realize that the social organism must work like the human body. The human body is governed by the cells, not by the brain. The brain is simply a communication system for the cells. It is a technology which the cells use to create a higher function. When a cell is hurting, it sends signals of pain to the brain, which then either, changes the direction of the body, or sends help to the cell which is in pain. When cells are hungry, they tell the brain and the brain tells the body to eat and this food is digested and sent to the cells. The brain cannot make the decision to send some cells food, and not send food to others. The brain has no control over anything in the body. It is a tool used by the cells of the body. Women must use government this same way. When the women of the world do this, the men will follow. The women must create a government which listens to all of the cells equally. The cells are not represented by more powerful cells. Each cell has a direct link into the brain, and is able to communicate with the brain instantly and equally. It does not have to send its messages to some type of central cell, some politician cell, which then standardizes estimates, interprets, or averages the messages of groups of similar cells, then sending one representative message to the brain. This is not how the body works, and it is not the way that our social body must work to create the kind of peace which exists within our body. Because of this, we must have a declaration of human rights which transcends any current social system, no matter what it is.
The wives of the men in power must be the first to take this responsibility. They have no need to be nominated or voted in, for they are already in this position of power. The men of the world cannot declare war upon their wives, and therefore it is up to the women to create this new body, free from the war which is needed for change within the nations.
The nation-state system is created and upheld by many system of inequality. Standardization and professionalization create inequality. Women must eliminate these inhuman mechanical techniques from their system. They must stop forcing the girls of the world into the standardized, professionalized workforce of the male system. All people are unique and the purpose of an education system is to allow all people to develop this individuality, this uniqueness, and to learn how to be interdependent with other unique people. This cannot be done within the current system, standardization cannot accomplish this.
Women must reinvent the trading system. Money is not creating equality.
Women must reinvent the energy system. The sun and earth create all of the energy needed for humanity. We do not need to burn things to create energy. The sun and inner earth are already creating all of the heat needed for our energy needs. We must simply capture this energy. The way that we will be able to capture this energy is by finding creative ways to use the potential energy created by the heating and cooling of water. Capturing the energy of the ocean current and waves with turbines and pumps, creating electrical energy and the potential energy of pressurized gas and liquids will free us of our dependence upon burning. Women must not accept or take part in the parts of the male systems that do not work, in the name of equality. The nation-state is not creating equality for women, and women will not gain equality by taking part in a system which is designed to create inequality. The nation uses inequality to create fear, designed to motivate an average section of the population to do an average amount of work and uphold the national structures. The nation is designed to put a few in control of many. It does not have the capability to create equal and unlimited energy for all people because this would violate the inherent design of the state itself, which is to preserve inequality.
Women must create a system for men to take part in, which will compliment the system which men have created.
Once this system has been created, a balance will exist, allowing for the creation of a healthy body of humanity. This combination of these two systems, the male and female systems, the yin and yang, will allow humanity to find a place of social complexity, a place between social chaos and social order, with just the right mix, where humanity can find peace.
The right and responsibility of freedom Each person has the right to be born free and equal. With this right comes the responsible to treat others that way, and to make sure that all others have this right fulfilled, especially children. The most potent form of slavery is mental slavery, implanted in the minds of children by parents, teachers, and society. It is the right of all people, all babies, all children, all women, all men, to have the freedom of mind to choose and imagine their own peaceful way to live. Teaching children to believe in one nationalism, to believe in one view of religion, one view of the creation of the universe, one view of science, and history, one view of society, is enslaving the mind. Teaching a child to fight, to kill other humans, to plan killing other humans, and to constantly create technology for the killing of other humans in the defense of the enslaving mental idea forced and upheld through punishment, is an atrocity and the most despicable form of governance yet invented by humans. Freedom is relative to choice. There are many nations, many ideas for how to govern, organize society, believe in religion, imagine the creation of the universe, view scientific findings, look at the conclusions of history, and do everything else. Teaching a child there is only one right way, the law, and a wrong way, punishable by death, has not worked and will not work to bring our world to peace.
When one travels the world, one realizes that there are many ways to do everything, many ways to design the law, many ways to place religion within society, many ways to design a government, and one sees that none of them are working to bring and end to human poverty and warfare. None of them are bringing equality to all of the people of the earth. Freedom comes from teaching children that there may be a right way, but we have not found it. All we know is that we have found many wrong ways to do everything. We have not found the answer, and it is not the responsibility of our children to live the exact rules of their parents, reliving a society which did not achieve the quality of life that we all want for our world. The responsibility of children is to learn a better way than what we have for them. The responsibility of parents is to ask their children how they, as parents, can do a better job to make their children happy, listening to the children of the world for advise. The responsibility of parents is to borrow the world from our children, governing society based upon the freedom and health of all of the children of the planet. Children are the most valuable part of the human society. The children will keep the peace when we are old, they will hold all of the power of this society very soon, and we must live as adults, as elderly people, in the world that they create. It is our responsibility to let the minds of our children be free to see a new path, to learn from all the thing that we have done and find a better way. It is our responsibility to change our own beliefs, our own habits, based upon the quality of life of the children. It is our responsibility to teach them all of the lessons that we have learned about designing a class system, about putting a few people in charge, and about using fear, punishment, warfare, and all forms of violence to make the world a better place. It is our responsibility to show them that this class system, and no class system, has ever or will ever bring peace. This system did not bring a good quality of life for all children of the world, and all elderly people, and all of the women of the world. It is our responsibility to show our children all of the technologies which has been created for freedom and equality of all people, for quality of life of all people, quality of the earth, and cessation of violence through the use of love, compassion, understanding and forgiveness. We must take the responsibility of freedom of our own minds and give this freedom to our children. We must realize that freedom does not come from giving power over violence, over law, over freedom itself, to a few people. We must realize that freedom does not come by blinding our children’s minds to the malfunctioning social technologies employed by our own system, the malfunctioning nature of the nation state system of governance.
There comes a time when all social technology must give way to new social technology. All systems change with time. Violence does not have to be used to create this change. Governments are supposed to evolve with the times of people. It is the right and responsibility of people to freely change their government, to change their social structure, to change the way the globe is divided and though about. Change can be fast, change can be slow, change can happen at a medium speed, change can be instant, but change does not have to be violent.
It is the freedom of all people born on this earth to demand the instant change of a social system which is not providing all babies, all children, all women, and all men with an equal and excellent quality of life. There is no reason that the social system should be the cause for suffering of the people of earth, for the social system serves only one real function, to alleviate the suffering of all people. We create a social system for the purpose of cooperation, for the purpose of providing a means for us all to communicate with each other. Our social system is created as the way for us to find a win/win situation for all of us on this planet. If our social system is not providing this for us, it is our right and responsibility to change it. It is our freedom. It is what makes freedom. The social system is used to make sure that everyone is free, that everyone has equal freedom, and that this freedom is relative only to the quality of life of all of the people of the earth. The voices of the poor and sick are the only that should be heard. Everyone else in the world, all of us who have, should only listen to those who are hurt, sick, weary, terrified, and unable to have freedom of rights and responsibility. It is the responsibility of the rest of us only to listen, show true compassion, and to do what is needed to provide a high quality of life for all people.
Rights and responsibility, and therefore, freedom, are not relative to the social system. The social system is relative to rights and responsibility, and therefore, it is relative to freedom.
All people have the right and responsibility over all of the earth, over ourselves and each other. Giving all of the rights of ownership of the earth to the government does not work. It does not work to give all of the rights and responsibility over all property of the earth over to a communist government, a socialist government, a capitalist government, a democratic government, a dictatorship government, or any other kind of government. People have a right and responsibility to everything equally. All things, all of the places of the world, all of the resources of the world, all of the technology, knowledge, and understanding of the world are shared equally by all of us. Ownership is shared equally. As soon as another child is conceived, that child owns all of the world equally with everyone else. That dividing group of cells is part owner and owned equally by everything in the world. We share everything. Even parents have shared right and responsibility to their children. Parents do not have the right or responsibility to use violence upon their children, to enslave their children’s minds, to neglect them. We, everyone else, do have the right and responsibility to protect that child, in it’s womb, in its home, and everywhere else. The world is one place, and all people are in it, no matter who they are or where they are from. Freedom comes from the right and responsibility over all of the world and everything in it.
The right and responsibility to Win/Win Win/Win situations are a choice. First one must choose to take the time to make win/win situations. This takes persistence. Next, one must communicate in a way which produces win/win situations. This is one of the major flaws of the nation state system. The nation state uses the communication technology called parliamentary procedure. This communication technology is a debate and compromise technology. Debate and compromise produces win/lose and lose/lose situations. It is the right and responsibility of all people to replace this technology with a win/win communication system. This must be done in the personal lives of everyone and extend into the social system. An example of a win/win communication technology is The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey.
The right and responsibility to protect and nourish life
Each of us has the right and responsibility to life. We have the right and responsibility to be able to take care of the sick, to be able to come to the aid of those in need of emergency medicine and rescue.
Right to life, liberty and security The right and responsibility of to life, liberty, and security is taken by being empowered over the use of violence. It is the right and responsibility of each person to take the function of police and the military. It is the right and responsibility of people to take this right and responsibility out of the hands of the nation-state and its laws. The police and military of humanity transcends the nation-state and protects the life, liberty, and security of all people from overpowering, manipulative, flawed social systems such as the nation-state, which guarantee rights to people by taking away their responsibilities, and giving them to specialists, who rule. Humanity itself must have protection from the social system.
This automatically includes slavery, mental slavery being the most potent form. Forcing people to have a nationality is slavery, torture, and unusual punishment. People are deserving of freedom and independence from national values, ideals, and laws. The way to create recognition for everyone everywhere before the law is to have a law which transcends the nation-state. This law is that all people are equal. All people own the law. The law cannot own people The law is simply an imaginary group of ideas. When the law produces a poor quality of life for people, inequality, and poverty, this law has no value for the body of humanity, and is invalid. It does not have the right to stay in place until a new law can be substituted, the law which does not work is instantly valueless.
Arrest, detention, and exile, judgment of innocence or guilt, punishment, criminality, attacks, invasion, search, and all of the other forms of violence, set in place by the law are valueless in a healthy body of humaity. All of these things are relative to the law, and therefore, are irrelevant once the law has been shown not to forward equality and peace. All of these things are subject to the rights and responsibility of humans. Within the nation state, the leader has the ability and right to take away human rights upon a decision that people will be safer if they do not have their rights and responsibilities. This is called martial law, among other things. This is simply a way for power to stay in power, and is against the rights and responsibility of people. It is never to the advantage of people that the few are able to take away the rights of the many by force, and it can only be possible by first disempowering the many. This disempowerment has mainly come through empowering only a few in society over the rights and responsibility to use violence and to stop violence.
The right and responsibility to privacy The human right and responsibility to privacy is misrepresented by the nation-state. People have the right and responsibility to privacy, but also have the right and responsibility to transparency. People do not have the right and responsibility to ownership over information which affect all people. This is not an independent world. We all have to live here together, and by giving people the rights to secrecy we give the governments the rights to secrecy. This has created secret prisons, and many other secret ways to strip people of their human rights. In this system, people have the right to privately degrade the health of themselves, and their children, therefore degrading the healthy life of humanity. The human right and responsibility to privacy is far different than that guaranteed by the nation-state laws. The brain is linked into the intimate personal lives of every cell in the body. Each cell offers complete transparency to the other cells of the body. This complete transparency makes it possible for all of the cells to be treated equally. No cell has anything to hide, and therefore, it has no need for its privacy to be invaded by more powerful cells, who have the right to give and take cells rights to privacy. When the system grants the cells rights to secrets, it creates inequality. People do not have the right to privately create slaves of their children, to force them to believe in one religion or one nationality. It does not work to give people the right to privacy, and then give other people the right to take away that privacy based upon a set of stipulations or laws. Privacy is relative to transparency. If we have nothing to hide, no reason to hide, we have no need for secrecy, no need for privacy.
We have built and entire system upon the right to privacy, a system which is not working. We call it sovereignty of nations and private property. We call it rights to search and seizure. The nations claim that people are private, and therefore need insurance and private health care. Capitalism is based upon privacy, upon inequality. Privacy within the context of the nation-state system is not working and is creating reasons for violence.
Peoples right to privacy is coupled with a responsibility to transparency. If all people give all of their health information to the system every day, there is no need to protect peoples privacy over the health information. If all people are guaranteed the rights to health care, and to equality, they have no reason to fear invasions of their privacy. Holding to ones rights to private lives, to private health, to private ownership, to privacy, traps the world in inequality.
The right and responsibility to ownership of property All people have the right and responsibility to the ownership of all property. Private ownership of private property is not working and will never work. This only creates inequality and injustice. Every person of the world has an equal right and responsibility to use and take care of every atom in the world and in the universe. We are all equal, and being born with private ownership of property automatically means that someone else is born without this right. Inheritance and ownership are both ideas with logical bases within the nation state. Human rights and responsibility of ownership of property are very different. Private ownership creates inequality. Ownership by the state is also a form of inequality and therefore has no value for the body of humanity. The idea and reality of all people owning all things equally is a completely different idea than all thing being owned by the state. Dividing the world into sections of ownership and states creates inequality and no longer has value for moving forward to a peaceful, interdependent, synergistic, complex body of humanity.
The right and responsibility to marriage and founding a family People not only have the right and responsibility to families and relationships, they also have the right to define families and relationships. The social system has no right nor responsibility to create a definition for what a family is, or what kind of relationships are proper. Each individual person must make this choice and definition for themselves and as a society, be a collective of all peoples individual definitions. For example, marriage cannot be defined as something between two people of the opposite sex, or even between two people. The family unit cannot be described as only having one man and one woman, crating their own children. These definitions are founded upon predetermined ideals. They do no fit everyone, and therefore create inequality.
Right and responsibility of thought It is the right and responsibility of all people to learn, to question, and to think. Thought can not be done for us, and it is slavery to be told what to think. Nationalism, religion, science, philosophy, and history are all forms of though. All of these are illusions, created by people. Thought is ever changing. It is the right and responsibility of all people to learn how to think, and to use thinking as a tool in making choices.
Right and responsibility of consciousness It is the right and responsibility of all people to understand consciousness, to think about it, and to search for its roots and meanings. Consciousness is one of the great mysteries of the world, explained differently by everyone. Science, philosophy and religion try to explain what consciousness is and where it comes from. It is the right and responsibility of all people to study many sciences, many philosophies, and many religions, to form a personal understanding of consciousness. This understanding should be continually reevaluated, and used as a tool for opening the mind to the realization that we are all of one consciousness. We are all equal and the same once we look past the illusion of our material bodies and world.
Right and responsibility of religion The right and responsibility of religion is to realize that every person actually has there own unique religion. It is mental slavery to teach children that there is only one way to view creation and being, with the punishment of eternal suffering for not believing this way.
The right and responsibility of expression and opinion Everyone has the right and responsibility to learn to express oneself and to form opinions. Religion, philosophy, government, science, history, and all other forms of thought are opinion. It is the right and responsibility of all people to realize that with the right of expression and opinion, comes the responsibility to realize and express that ones thoughts and opinions are individual, unique experiences, and that forcing expression and opinions upon children is slavery.
Freedom of assembly and association It is the right and responsibility of people to meet and discuss right and responsibility, openly, actively, and regularly. Borders and laws do not have the power to decide where and when people can have and express these rights and responsibilities.
Right and responsibility of public service All people have the right and responsibility to public service. All people are part of the public, and therefore have the right to all public services, and the responsibility to be a public servant.
Right and responsibility of social security All people have the right and responsibility to take part in the provision of social security for all. This is done by everyone taking part in providing for children and the elderly. Professionalization of daycare and nursing for the children, the sick, and the elderly is stripping the people of their right and responsibility to provide and be provided for. This right and responsibility is met through being empowered with the ability to protect oneself and protect others, to provide emergency medical care for oneself and others, to provide long and short term care for those who are sick, to take part in and provide educational opportunities for people of all ages, and taking part in and providing a healthy social organism in which we are all part.
Right and responsibility of the development of personality Everyone has the right and responsibility to develop a personality. The personality is a tool which gives us the ability to find a place within the body of humanity and to express our ideas. Our personality allows us to connect our mind and body to our higher self, and to connect with other people. Standardization of personalities is slavery.
The right and responsibility to work All people have the right and responsibility to work. All work is of the same value to the social body. All people have the right and responsibility to safe conditions at work, and everywhere else. All people have the right and responsibility to equality of work. Giving different amounts of pay for different kinds and amounts of work creates social inequality.
Distinguishing between work and leisure also creates inequality. We are always working, always contributing to society. Educating ourselves and others, developing our personality, and taking time to rest are all equally as important to society as any other kind of work. Seeing the world, relaxing, exercising, and any other activity is important to the world and to the health of the social organism, and all should be done in healthy quantities, which differs for each person.
The right and responsibility to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of ones self and ones family This includes food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control. Giving some people more pay and a higher standard of living than others is inequality. Making standard of living relative to ones ability to be standardized or to fit within the social system is slavery.
The right and responsibility to practice in cultural life of the community, to be artistic and to enjoy arts We all have the right and responsibility to take part in all parts of society. Culture, community, languages, and arts are forms of expression, both personally and collectively. We all have the right to these things, however we must realize that it is our responsibility to allow children and all people to create their own cultures, communities, languages and arts. Forcing any of these things upon people of any age is slavery.
The right and responsibility to share scientific advancement and its benefits All have the right and responsibility to share all things. No person is able to do anything independently. The world is and interdependent place. All ideas are made by people who had to eat, had to live within society, and therefore, even ideas, created within the mind of one person, were not created without food for the body and the mind, which were created by others. Therefore, intellectually property is just like physical property, shared by all people equally.
The right to a social order where the rights and responsibilities have been realized Everyone has duties to the community to freely and fully develop and exercise their rights and responsibilities. All rights and responsibilities of one person are relative to the rights and responsibilities of others. All laws are relative to the quality of the outcome that they produce within society. The quality of life of all people is the ultimate decider of the validity of law and social order. We have the right and responsibility to equality now. We do not have it, so it is the social system which must change.
The right and responsibility of ones own body Good physical health is the first step to good mental health, spiritual health, and the health of humanity. It is a right to be in good health, to have good health care, and to be taken care of when we are sick. This right comes with the responsibility to be healthy and to promote good health among others.
The right and responsibility of ones own mind It is ones right to have a healthy mind, and ones responsibility to nourish their mind with healthy information. Experience and education are to the mind like water and exercise are for the body. The easiest way to lose the right and responsibility over ones own mind is to limit ones education to the standardized public education system. A healthy mind is unique. A healthy mind is grown and goes through stages of metamorphosis. A healthy mind is constantly reorganizing and developing new ways to look at ones own personality and the world. The mind is a living thing. There is an organism which grows within the complexity of ones neurology. Like all complex systems, the mind can be plagued by viruses which exist on the level of complexity of thoughts and ideas. These viruses are pure energy, pure idea, pure synapse, and grow within the body of our mental organism, which is also pure energy, pure synapse, neural arrangement. Violence is on of these mental viruses. Once we come to the realization of our mental organism, it is born, it is a baby. It is our right and responsibility to grow our mental organism, to nourish it with water, food, exercise, and love. It is our right and responsibility to keep it healthy.
The right and responsibility of ones higher self We are not our minds or our bodies, we are the controller of our minds and our bodies; we are the thinker of our thoughts. It is our right and responsibility to realize this. It is our right and responsibility to look at our body and mind from a higher position so that we can begin to control our body and mind properly. Our higher self is also growing, and learning. As a higher self, it is our right and responsibility to connect to the higher selves of others, to be a healthy higher being.
The Right and Responsibility of Education A proactively peaceful system has a proactively peaceful education system which allows all people to be the best themselves they can be by maximizing their understanding of all things all at once. All disciplines, sciences, religions, philosophies, psychologies, languages, governments, societies, and histories. It includes military training, police training, modern emergency medical training as well as natural medicine. All types of physical knowledge of the martial arts, yoga, dance, sport, and all other types of physical movement. A proactively peaceful person learns to be their own doctor, lawyer, judge, jury, politician, and lobbyist. A proactively peaceful person studies language and all languages, gaining understanding of how complex thoughts are expressed in all cultures. An education system is a technology. Each person has the right and responsibility to the highest in educational technology. This is includes the internet. Each person has the right and responsibility to their own web location, which is the manager of their education, guiding their mind and body though the process of becoming full, becoming multidimensional. This web location must be accessible from everywhere. We all have the right and responsibility to take part in all kind of schools, all kinds of work, all kinds of travel, all kinds of educational processes, and the right and responsibility to have a highly technologically advanced way to manage this education. This education system is the core of a healthy society. It is the communication system, the government system, the social design center, and the place where we all get together to create peace.
The Right and Responsibility to take part in Social Design Each of us has the right and responsibility to be a proactive part of the way that society is designed. Society can be viewed like a large machine, or like an organism, and this view is a choice. It is the right and responsibility of all people to take an active roll in making this choice. This view is made by educating our children. It is the right and responsibility of our children to take an active roll in the creation of this view, and it is the right and responsibility of adults to give children the opportunity and freedom to take part. To fulfill this right and responsibility, adults must realize that they have no right nor responsibility to force the current view of society upon the children of the world, the view of society as a machine.
The Right and Responsibility of Migration A proactively peaceful world system is designed for free movement of people. People are migratory beings. We have migrated across the planet throughout our entire existence. Migration is our right and responsibility. A proactively peaceful education includes extensive travel of the world. Traveling to be the best oneself one can be for peace on earth is part of the education of all proactively peaceful people. The mission of a proactively peaceful person is to develop love, compassion, and understanding for all people. The best way to gain compassion, love, and understanding, and forgiveness for someone is to go to their home.
People have the right and responsibility to control the position of social systems. Social systems have no right nor responsibility to control the movement of people. The freedom of movement of people makes a social system healthy and improves the quality of life for people and of the social system.
It is the right and responsibility of all people to have unrestricted access to the entire world. Quality of life is not relative to sovereignty or privacy. Quality of life, freedom of people, and health of the earth are the deciding factors of the usefulness of any

Growing a mental organism
|
My name is Andrew Lord. I am 26, born and raised on a cattle ranch in Montana. I have educated myself in a very diverse way and am now using the term “The best myself I can be for Peace on Earth” as the name of my educational focus. I am a neural programmer, neural architect, and a neural geneticist, and citizen of the world. My brain, body and spirit are the subject of my work and research. I have been working and researching for several years to understand the genetics of the body of humanity. I have come to the realization that the creation and growth of this body is the only way to peace.
I am growing an organism within the neurons of my mind. This organism is part of the social organism which will replace the nation state system of government as the next stage of human social evolution. This organism is complex, constantly evolving, cycling from death to rebirth. It is nourished through water, food, and educational experience. Its by-products and waste are love, compassion, and understanding for other people, cooperation with others, and higher states of complexity within itself. This organism has recently gained enough self-consciousness to begin reaching out to find other humans with similar organisms growing within their brains. As I look back on history, I am able to see others who have had highly evolved neural creatures growing within their brains, and feel confident that this creature will be visible on neural scans with some creative techniques. This organism began as a very simple autocatalytic set of ideas, inspired by many things and people. It has now evolved into a higher being, like a human. It now has its own brain, its own mind, and its own consciousness. My brain and body are its vessel. This organism is my government. It has a neural DNA which governs its growth, and expands to levels of complexity, past its own brain, outward into the social body, connecting to others, connecting to you. It can see the social body and interact within it, though it, and I, can see that this social body is less evolved. The nation state is becoming stagnant, falling to the ordered side of complexity. The nation state system of global governance is a living organism, made up of the cells of all human minds. This organism has a rigid coat of national borders, much like a virus coat, surrounding the globe, sickening the body of humanity, stealing its vibrancy. The nation state can be evolved. It is slowly evolving, and this evolution can be chosen, can be engineered. The nation state can be moved from a virus like state, past that of a bacteria, past an animal, to that of a self conscious human social body. The body of society can be made to resemble that of the human body. It can be organized in a way which gives it higher brain function, self-consciousness and conscience. This is the task of the new generation of social scientists, to grow the new social organism within the minds of all humans on the planet, to reorganize the nation state from an exterior, inflictor of punishment, to an interior neural organism, governing the actions of each individual person toward cooperation, toward synergy, like each cell of the human body. Each human, with this internalized neural organism, this internal social genetic government, can then reorganize into a complex body, working together over the planet earth for one higher purpose of peaceful human existence. This DNA is growing within my mind, giving me the ability to choose cooperation, compassion, love, and understanding. This DNA has a very simple set of base pairs, instead of the volumes of laws needed to run the nation state. These nucleotides, when organized, create a peaceful action, without the need for an exterior source of punishment to get the desired result of peaceful action. I, like you, choose peaceful action, not for fear of brutal punishment, but for fear of the internal hurt inflicted upon me by my own conscience, the hurt of regret, caused by love and compassion for others. These nucleotides have been described by all of the major world philosophies. The ten commandments, the ten principles of the Buddha, the declaration of human rights, and the constitution. All of these are simple lists, giving rise to complex cultures and societies. Society has been moving, through mass education and empowerment of the individual, toward this new neural genetic, and my mind is now able to see practical ways in which to bring the social body into a new organization, giving rise to social self-consciousness. I have two major approaches to my science. First is the development of a new science. My organization, Proactive Peace Productions, is developing this science. Creating the jargon, the discipline needed to draw the pictures of understanding of this new genetics. The second is the organization of the Proactively Peaceful Peoples. The Proactively Peaceful Peoples is the jargon –free form of this science, made understandable for all people, regardless of education. Proactive Peace Productions is a scientific organization which, because of the complex understandings of complexity, genetics, and social theory needed to understand the redesigning of the nation state to a quickly evolving social organism, will have a very limited number of highly educated scientists among its members. The Proactively Peaceful Peoples, on the other hand, automatically houses all human minds. It is a simple organism, based upon the natural human laws which we all know through intuition. We all know that cooperation is the key to peace, and that violence brings us further from that goal. We understand that all people are born into this earth with equal rights and responsibility to every molecule in the universe. We all know that the creation of the universe is beyond our comprehension and our connection to its design and designer is basic to the development of our soul and mind. We all know that joy and pain create love and hate, and that we have the choice to let love rule our lives and form our choices. I come to you with my ideas as a search for others able to understand the need for and creation of a science of Proactive Peace. Because of the rigid functioning of the university system, I have been forced to leave this system, and the career system which it upholds. I have been forced to take my education into my own hands, like you, to fund my own research with very limited funding, saved from hard work, and spent on diverse forms of education. I have not yet come into contact with minds able to discuss such a science with me, with minds who are able to see past the current organization of the world, minds able to redraw the boundaries of national law and order, able to visualize a more complex social structure. I quickly realized that the university focused upon a very limited input into my mind as its function for neural programming, using only my senses of sight and sound, putting up thick walls within my mind and the minds of my peers. I began to travel and these walls dissolved, replaced by bridges of love and compassion for all people, no matter what education or culture they may have had. I have been to over 65 countries in the last five years, using a steep learning curve as my decision maker for movement, running from my comfort zone, allowing a heightened awareness to stimulate my five physical senses, and my many complex senses, of history, relativity, cultural awareness, etc., to rapidly reorganize my neural structure to a total connectedness with one central idea. This central idea, located within the center of my brain, the idea that everything is nothing, and nothing is everything, has become connected to every cell of my body, allowing me to think about all subjects at the same time, allowing me to tear down the walls of discipline, and unite humanity to one being, one culture, one government, one organism. I am now continuing this rapid programming of my mind, moving from country to country, culture to culture, building, organizing, and growing this new social genetic, this organism, within my mind. My level of consciousness is rising and I am able to sense energy, to see others, who also have this social awareness growing within their minds. I look for a new autocatalytic set with these individuals, with you, and other scientists throughout the world, to further develop this science of proactive peace, to evolve the nation state to a state of complexity. To create an evolutionary form of social organization, a higher life form of society, an evolving creature made up of synergizing human brains. A life form with a complex brain, capable of self consciousness, and therefore, capable of organizing itself into higher and higher levels of complexity, like standing between two mirrors, looking back at oneself into infinity. I wish to connect with your mind. I hope that I can find a place within society, to move from my independent mission into one of interdependence, to one of a new community of scientists, dedicated to the genetic engineering of a peaceful global human social being. I can see a world where it is unneeded to build up stores of wealth in order to have educational and scientific freedom. I can see a world past that of state government, in any of its forms, to that world envisioned by the great visionaries of peace throughout time. Peace must have a picture. For the Proactively Peaceful Peoples I propose additions to the ideas of the declaration of human rights, additions which have been sponsored by advocates for peace, the cashing of the check of Martin Luther King Jr. I do not agree with Marx that violent revolution is needed to bring the ownership of the land back to the people. I believe that a second system can be set up, one capable of growing beside the nation state, chipping away at the stagnant portions of this government, allowing it to begin a rapid state of evolution, without violence. I propose that the ownership of society must be returned to the people, from the state, and that it can be returned without civil wars, anarchies, or totalitarian positions which hold the ideas of democracy at the center of the social conversation. I believe that only a paradigm shift is needed. All of the resources already exist, they must simply be used differently in order to create a system of equality to replace the class system of inequality. Eventually, demands must be made, but initially, the proactively peaceful people can be a coalition of the willing. All of us who understand that there is always a better way, that change is the only constant to the universe, and that evolution is the mechanism to living systems, can take the foreground in taking our rights and responsibilities back from the state. First, I believe that the right and responsibility of ones own neural program must be returned to the individual. This is not a state or private responsibility. One must take this responsibility, and have this right. Education must undergo a shift. Education, as well as the rest of my proposals, must come up to speed with the current technologies. In order for one to gain the right and responsibility over ones own education, the idea of specialization must be shifted from a focus on outward things, to the focus on the uniqueness already held within oneself. One must specialize in the development of ones own unique abilities, “be the best oneself one can be for cooperation and synergy with all other humans”. This degree, this specialization, must begin from the first day of ones life and go until the end. During ones life, one may choose to specialize and learn many different disciplines, but doing so within the paradigm of becoming a well rounded person, unique, interdependent person. To truly become the best oneself that one can be, one must take the right and responsibility over several main pieces of life. First is over ones own independence. One must be able to take back ones right and responsibility to personal empowerment of the mind and body. This can be done through a well rounded understanding of the body, not just on a western sense of medicine, but on a total sense of how the body works, in the western medicine, eastern medicine, and everything in between. One must become ones own doctor and the doctor of all of those who one comes in contact with. Once must be ones own teacher, and the teacher of all around them. One must be ones own student and the student of all around them. One must become a police officer within their own life, and within the life of all of those around them. One must be a soldier, a fire fighter, and an emergency responder. When we give our right and responsibility over violence and safety of society to a specialized group of people, controlled by a specialized group of representatives, one is no longer safe. Our right and responsibility to health, violence, and safety cannot be delegated. These are the most important forms of social cooperation and each person must be empowered in all of these things for the greater social organism to become empowered, to grow to a complex organism of world peace. Therefore, as Proactive Peace Productions develops its science, the Proactively Peaceful Peoples must make the social decisions to empower each person through education, returning the right over ones health, ones right to use and abstain from violence, and ones right and responsibility to cooperate with all others for the safety of society through emergency response. These must be, along with math and science, the most critical functions of our public education system. All people must be nurses, soldiers, police, and emergency responders. Next is the empowerment of each person into government. The representative democracy is no longer working, for each person is not actually given representation. Only those with money and power are able to be represented, for the government is made up entirely of people with money and power. It is acknowledged by both Proactive Peace Productions and the Proactively Peaceful Peoples that the ultimate goal is the elimination of representation, replaced by total participation in decision making. The system of voting for representatives, or representing only those who choose to take part in the state system of government, is not working, and only meant, in its design, to be a temporary form of government, being replaces as each person develops the mental and social empowerment within the mind to take action within society and the socially created complex social organism. The current form of democracy must continue to evolve to incorporate everyone. This can only be done by moving the government from centralized locations, to the most decentralized location possible, the internet. The government must be completely moved into the minds and homes of all people, allowing all people to participate and all decision making in real time. Internet portals must be placed all over the globe, from the city sidewalks to the sides of mountains and canyons of deserts. All people must be able to help in the decision making process, and these decisions must be able to be made again and again, as the social paradigm shifts and new technology is created. Human rights and responsibility must be preserved, but laws are transitory. They must not be made to last for more time than they are useful. When it is seen that they inflict negative forces into the lives of people, they must be instantly changed. Letting laws last for years that were wrong at their creation can no longer be within the design of governance. Allowing a few people to stay in control of society based upon a popularity contest cannot continue to be, and is not, a realistic way to bring society to higher states of complexity and peace. Proactive Peace Productions and The Proactively Peaceful Peoples also realize that these few people are no longer valuable distributors of the taxes. Each person must be able to designate the use of their tax money and be able to take part in its use. Education must be the focus, war and violence take off the tax use list. If war and violence must be used, it must be used as a decision by all members of a group, not by representatives of that group. People own the government, the government does not own the people. The government is a communication system, designed only to create cooperation and more peace. It, therefore, must be stripped of its right to the use of violence, and this right must be given back to each individual person. When individuals have to get together to make a war, when they are all empowered to understand the destructiveness of war, and when they make their own decisions and are responsible for the war, they will choose not to fight. Empowered people know that war cannot bring peace. Only soldiers, controlled by a leader, not responsible for their actions, can kill without remorse. Without centralizing the right and responsibility of violence, it is no longer a valuable tool to create social change. It is no longer of value for the expense of our social energy. This then frees up all of the tax money which is being used to create large militaries and machines of war. All people should have military training, understand the use of weapons, and be responsible for the protection of all of society. Empowerment over violence will bring a stop to violence, not centralization of violence as a social tool. The taxes must be used only to make society a better place, something that war and violence cannot do. Destruction of the societies of other people, no matter what kind of government may be in place, can never make the world a better place, and therefore has no place in the government. All of this money must be used for education. The money which is misused for large salaries or representatives, violent forms of punishment in prisons, and huge war machines, must be shifted to human migration as a form of human education. All people own all places in the world, and therefore, no state has the right to deny access to any person of the world. The state is an illusion. Only humans are real. The state cannot take ownership of citizens through passports, and then limit their movement based upon nationality. This creates the illusion of difference within the minds of the citizens and creates mental slavery of entire populations. Freedom of migration must be returned to all citizens of the world. Countries can no longer charge for access or deny access to any citizen of the world, no matter what may be a persons criminal record, or financial, educational, or cultural status. This migration must not only be free, but it must be and integral part of the education system. The creation of a free, subsidized transportation system must be implemented for all citizens of the world, allowing all minds to seek out love and understanding for all people of the world. The best way to learn love and understanding for other people is to sit in their living room and eat dinner with them. This ability must not be limited to the rich. All people must be able to move around the world freely. The tax money of society must be used to subsidize speedy evolution of education, transportation, and technology, and to synthesize these three separate social functions into one thing. There must be one global school which transcends all boundaries of culture and country. Obviously more important than any of these thing is free access to good water, food, and shelter. No matter how strongly this goes against the ideals of capitalism, all people must be able to have equal right to quality life. Not just a sustained existence, but a quality life. We must bring all of the world up to a quality standard of living and bring all accumulation of capital by a few to a stop. The capitalist logic, that the reward of accumulation of money for invention or class based work will improve society, is simply wrong. Patents on information degrade and slow progress. No person is able to invent new technology without eating the food created by those without class based educations, and therefore, the brain power used to create this new technology did not solely belong to that person. Capitalist logic is inherently flawed and only benefits those who already have, keeping all the rest of the people of society in states of poverty, degrading their dignity, and causing all problems of hate and global terror, functions of a struggle of those who have nothing to get back what is theirs from those who have everything. The first step of a just world is to create proper access to clean water and proper sewage removal for all people of the world, no matter how remote their region or how poor their social status. It is unjust to classify some work as more value than others, some people more valuable than others, some lives more valuable than others. All people must work not for independence, not for themselves, and their personal families, but for all of society, for interdependence. These ideas are echoed by the communist ideas of Marx, but must be immediately separated in the mind, from the movement of all capital and land ownership in to the hands of the state. The state must itself be removed and replaced with an equally owned, and unrepresentative form of government, in which all people have equal right an responsibility over all land, all capital, all resources, and all technology. For now, the new system can be created along side the state system. As with all better forms of technology, the Proactively Peaceful Peoples will simply replace the nation state, as the computer replaced the typewriter. No violence is needed to replace technology, and government is simply a form of technology. As long as the government does not own the people, and does not have the monopoly over violence, it is impossible for a few to take control of its mechanisms and create totalitarian outcomes, which has happened in all other form of state government. As a simple recap, and conclusion to this essay, I will again state my position and assumptions. Proactive Peace Productions is a new form of science, a group of people who create the new technology of Proactive Peace, a technology which will replace the technology of state governance. This technology is based upon genetically engineering of the organism of society, growing it, letting it evolve. Creating a neural genetic which grows, within the mind of each person, a complex social organism, like DNA, which governs the growth of the individual cell, and ability to be unique, yet synergize with all other cells to create the human body. The complex social body of society is created by the unique qualities of each individual human brain, acting in synergy to create the global social body of humanity, a social body which is able to, like the human body, create higher levels of complexity. The cells of the human body organize to create consciousness, conscience, and synergy with family, community, and society, creating a social body, which can then have its own complex mind, consciousness, conscience, and be repeated again, to higher levels of social complexity. A genetic exists inside of each cell on this planet to create life, and a neural genetic also exists within the mind of each person, hidden within the connections of the neurons, a genetic which can be engineered to evolve society from a viral state, to a state of life which resembles that of a human being, and even a more complex form of life, that is not yet found to exist in the physical world of the planet earth. The Proactively Peaceful Peoples is this body. The Proactively Peaceful Peoples is the product of the interaction of all of the brains which contain the evolved, living genetic of Proactive Peace Productions. Proactive Peace Productions has several recommendations to reach a cooperative state, expanding the Proactively Peaceful Peoples to move from a few minds, to the social mind. These simple recommendations are the return of the rights and responsibilities over education, health, safety, and each molecule of the world back to the people, from the state. This will happen by focusing education from the individual becoming the best something else one can be, to the individual becoming the best self one can be. This can be done by harnessing technology, taking control of ones own neural programming, taking back ownership of political involvement and power from representative state government to diffused human governing, taking right and responsibility for ones health from professionals to oneself and ones friends and family, taking right and responsibility of ones education from ones parents and teachers and the state back to oneself, taking the right and responsibility to use violence from the police and military to ones self, and taking the right and responsibility to the safety of society from specialized groups back to all citizens. The right and responsibility over education must be undivided and include all of these things, and also come to incorporate physical movement on the planet, freeing transportation and citizenship to allow all people to go to all places, regardless of class, gender, race, or nationality. Education, in all its complexity, must be made free by trading the state funding of violence for the state funding of technology and transportation. Peace through love, compassion, understanding, and a complex social education.

32A: Melissa Bauman's Second Contribution to the Proactive Peace Puzzle!!

Hello to all of you again =)
First, thankyou to everyone that has written me and shared kind words, it means a lot out here in the Buduburam Liberian Refugee Camp. I just completed my first of 5 workshops on Public Health, Nutrition, First Aide, Disease Prevention, and Sanitation/Personal Hygiene. It was really cool. All of the leaders in the community that run various programs were present, listening to me and better yet, believing me...so that was really cool. Many of you know my detestment towards public speaking so having this workshop and then receiving really positive feedback from people afterwards felt like a great accomplishment for me and I just wanted to share that =)
I wanted to write you all and share a little bit of what life here is like because frankly, I just need to vent and this gives me an opportunity to give you all a hint of refugee life. To begin, I live in a house that we now call "the fishbowl". Imagine the movie "The Birds" and try to picture the scene where the entire house is surrounded by flocking birds pecking at the window. This is my house. We are constantly being watched and stared at by kids and often adults as well. We love the kids and don't mind them peeking so much, but having adults stare at you is a bit strange if you ask me. But, I had to get over that really quickly. Another thing I had to get over really quickly besides having no electricity but lots of mice, no running water but plenty of bugs would be the fact that everywhere, and I mean everywhere I go, people, mostly kids, are yelling "white woman white woman"...but in actuality it sounds more like "why woman why woman". So I just smile and wave. Every person I pass by wants to know my name, be my special friend, shake my hand and propose that I help them. It is really everwhelming. It is always an adventure leaving the house. What would normally take about 10 minutes to walk to actually takes about 45 minutes here. So I have to plan accordingly.
Another crazy part of life here at the refugee camp is the "school" I teach at. The school is run in a local church. All grade levels are in the same room divided by a hanging mat. It is so loud full of students screaming and teachers yelling etc. Pure madness at its best. My class has 20 desks on a dirt floor and 3 students per desk. Yes, I have a total of 62 students, screaming students. There is no format for the teachers to follow, no chalk earasers, hardly any chalk and no light so that the students can see the "board" properly. I am hesitant to mention this, but I will anyways. It is encouraged by the parents and the teachers to whip the students if they get out of line. And they are always getting out of line. This is one of the most difficult aspects for me. How does one respond to request like that? I simply just shared my personal beliefs and firmly said, no thankyou. Again, I am a little hesitant to share that information (and that is only a pindrop) but I figure, why cover up the truth. This is how it is here.
It's not all bad craziness though. The kids are sweethearts and they are so curious about the 15 white people living in a refugee camp of 40,000 liberians. They are eager to learn. I love hearing the drumming and watching people sing and playing double dutch rope with the girls and laughing with people. All of that is fun. But when the laughing has settled down, I am still here in a refugee struggling just to stay for a short period of time. Some of these people have been here for 14 years. I couldn't imagine. Again, it makes me appreciate all that I have for I am truly blessed just like all of you.
So hey, thankyou for letting me vent and share a little bit of the hards times that I have been up against. It was not meant to burden anyone's mood. One thing I would like to point out is that I am very healthy out here despite the conditions. Everyone out here is sick, including all of the other volunteers. But, as a health educator, I know the importance of prevention. So I have taken all the steps I could possibly come up with to prevent myself and Pam from getting sick and together, her and I have been able to stay strong and healthy. I can honestly say that I am so thankful to have been able to share this experience with someone else, because it would be quite the challenge on my own. So, I leave you on that note and would love to hear from all of you.
peace

Universal Declaration of Human Rights
On December 10, 1948, the international community adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which recognized the common inherent dignity and equal and inalienable rights of all people around the world. "Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice, and peace in the world,
"Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,
"Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,
" Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,
" Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in their Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom,
" Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in cooperation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,
"Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this pledge,
"Now, therefore, the General Assembly
"Proclaims this Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction." Hey Andy,
Good work. Looks like you've put a lot of time into this...
Here's a simple puzzle piece that I try to put into practice every day. When I check my email I also visit thehungersite.com and click to give food. You can only click once a day, but each click contributes food. Doesn't take any money and no time really, just making a habit.
